What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a form of self-inquiry through the medium of a one-to-one therapeutic relationship. It offers a safe space to which you are invited to bring whatever aspects of your life you most want to share and explore. For all of us, living is about finding a balance between being alone and being in relationship with others. It is also about learning to be in a healthy relationship with ourselves: learning how the reflective parts of us relate to the active parts.
