What are the benefits?
For some people, psychotherapy is a resource in times of stress, change or personal loss; for some it offers a way of gaining new insights into personal and family problems; for some, it is a form of spiritual inquiry. It can be all of these things in differing degrees as the work deepens. Above all, psychotherapy is about relationship: the relationship between you and your therapist becomes a sounding board which helps you to explore and understand your inner world and your relationships with others.
